Appointments
There are settings to show or hide buttons and controls, as well as settings to modify messages on the appointment lists and appointment details.
You can hide fields on the appointment pages. By default, all fields are displayed.
To hide an area on the appointment pages:
- On the Settings tab, click either Appointment List or Appointment Details.
- In Parameters, select 1 in any of the boxes beginning with UI.Show*, and then enter 0.
- Click the Save button.
You can modify text in appointment messages, such as messages about unavailable appointments and treatments.
To modify text in an appointment message:
- On the Settings tab, click either Appointment List or Appointment Details.
- In Labels/Messages, select the contents of any of the boxes beginning with UI.Appointment* or UI.No*, and enter the new message text.
- Click the Save button.
